This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for all purchases made with Loka Lanka Fitness (Private) Limited (Company Registration No. PV 00302809). By completing a purchase on app.lokalankafitness.com you accept this policy alongside our Terms & Conditions.
When you book a class using a credit from your account, the following rules apply:
✅ Cancelled more than 4 hours before class start
The credit is automatically returned to your account and can be used for any future class.
❌ Cancelled less than 4 hours before class start
The credit is forfeited. We hold this window so coaches and other members aren't impacted by last-minute changes.
❌ No-show
If you don't attend a booked class, the credit is forfeited.
✅ Class cancelled by Loka Lanka
If we cancel a class for any reason (low attendance, coach unavailability, weather, etc.), your credit is automatically returned.
Note: Credit returns are not monetary refunds — the credit is restored to your account to use on another class.
Class packages are non-refundable, with one exception to protect customers who change their mind before using the package:
7-day cooling-off (unused packages only)
If you have not attended any class from the package, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing info@lokalankafitness.com. The purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method, minus PayHere processing fees (typically 2.5%), within 7–10 business days.
❌ Once any class from the package has been attended
The package becomes non-refundable in full. Unused credits remain available until the package expiry date but cannot be exchanged for money.
Monthly memberships are non-refundable. You may cancel your membership at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period — your membership remains active until the end of the period already paid for.
Personal training follows the same rules as class credits: cancel more than 4 hours before the session for a credit return; later cancellations or no-shows forfeit the session. Pre-paid PT bundles follow the same rules as class packages (7-day cooling-off if unused).
To request an eligible refund:
We may make exceptions to this policy at our sole discretion in cases of serious illness, injury, or bereavement. Requests must be made in writing with supporting documentation (medical certificate, etc.).
If you dispute a charge with your card issuer without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account and contest the chargeback with evidence of services rendered. We kindly ask that you reach out to us first at info@lokalankafitness.com — we are a small business and genuinely want to resolve issues directly.
